a decent experience overall
clean apartmentperfect wificold poolunhelpful staff
the apartment was clean and spacious , and the wifi worked perfectly in all areas. the beach is walking distance. my family and i really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach.
the pool was cold , and the building shaded it until after lunchtime each day. the staff were not very helpful when asked for recommendations or to book a taxi , they advised us to walk a few roads away instead of helping at the hotel.

i found the location very convenient, only five minutes from the beach. the staff, particularly those in the restaurant, were friendly and helpful with menu choices. the variety of options at the restaurants offered amazing food and good value for money.
the shower's open style created water spillage onto the bathroom floors.

The apartment was large. The fridge in the apartment worked well. It was a five minute walk to the beach.
The air conditioning was only in the living room so the bedroom was warm.

the apartment was spacious and had good ventilation balconies were a lovely feature and sofa beds in the living room were comfortable i found the staff helpful especially mr ali at reception he answered all questions the security guard helped with transport the housekeeping staff were prompt and helpful

the reception staff was attentive to our needs and the security guard was helpful with transport arrangements housekeeping staff were readily available to assist us when needed and were very efficient. i found all staff to be both friendly and helpful and i appreciated their efforts.

the hotel is close to the beach and promenade it is approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and the hotel is also located near many restaurants many food places are within a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.

the apartment was big. it have a spacious lounge with a kitchen area and a double bedroom. i had access to a large terrace from the bedroom and the lounge, it overlooked the swimming pool.
the bathroom need upgrades. the shower head dont work well and water goes everywhere during use. the toiletries wasnt replaced everyday. the laundry service has additional charges.
